WCN'24 Environmental Approaches for Improving Kidney Health

With ongoing severe climate and environmental catastrophes, nephrologists are often in the dark on the impact of these changes on kidney health and their role in minimizing negative environmental factors on kidney health. In this session, the participant will not only be able to understand how environmental pollution and poor nutritional choices affect the kidney, the role of nephrologists in making environmentally-friendly choices for treatment will also be evaluated.
