ISN-ASDIN Webinar: Novel uses of POCUS in Nephrology

As Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) continues to grow throughout the world, so do the many applications. Discussing novel applications of POCUS to assess dry weight and kidney function reserve can have benefits to the greater community if they can be applied more broadly and effectively. To discuss these techniques Dr. Adrian Wong will bring in his knowledge of VExUS and its application to dry weight in the ACUVEX study; and Dr Nicoletta Mancianti will discuss the use of POCUS in assessing kidney function reserve.

Learning objectives:

- Discuss the use of POCUS and VExUS in assessing dry weight
- Discuss the concept of kidney function reserve
- Discuss the application of POCUS in assessing kidney function reserve
